Orders are shipped as soon as possible.  Tracking information including a tracking number is typically sent via email on the following business day.  Please note that, for many countries, we ship in bulk then divide individual packages for final delivery by your local carrier.  This means that tracking information may not be available until your order arrives in your country, clears customs, and is registered by your local carrier.  If you check tracking information and see a message indicating your carrier is waiting to receive the package it simply means that they are waiting to start their leg of the journey. Please rest assure that your order has been shipped and is already safely on its way!
